Friday Fitness - Hula Hoop

So maybe some of you are trying to lose weight and have fun at the same time. But to lose weight one of the key things is to fit your workout into your busy lifestyle. I know this seems impossible BUT hey with a hula hoop probably everything is possible.

Just spend a good 10 minutes hula hooping twice a day it will definitely increase the mobility of your hips , tighten and slim your body.

I've started on mine about a few days ago when I got myself a hula hoop :) I can say I can shake better now. Haha. I have tonnes of fun with my new toy so here are videos that will make your hooping even more fun!

im seriously telling ppl . wii fit. this way i dont smash everything becus ur hula area isnt as big as hers

Thats a great way too but some of us like me can't afford a wii fit :)
